Grand Ledge - Michigan Army National
Guard Spc. Joe McNeilly says he lost shared custody of his
10-year-old son Joey because he was serving in Iraq. The boy's
mother and the Ingham County Friend of the Court say McNeilly's
deployment isn't the reason. McNeilly, 33, temporarily gave up
shared custody of Joey when he deployed in 2004. After his return, a
court referee recommended that mother Holly Erb retain full custody.
